Join the UK Government for Procurement Act 2023: Webinar for suppliers & other external organisations

 

The Procurement Act 2023 will go live on 24 February 2025. To support readiness for the new regime, the UK Government are running two webinars for suppliers and other external organisations. These sessions will focus primarily on what the key changes are, how the central digital platform will work (featuring a live demonstration), and will be an opportunity to ask questions.

Central Digital Platform update

For over six weeks, contracting authorities and suppliers have participated in the Cabinet Office’s Private Beta testing of the enhanced Find a Tender service.

 

Early feedback has been encouraging, with the system performing as expected. Importantly, participants have also provided valuable insights into areas where the user experience could be further refined and improved.

 

Suppliers interested in contributing to the Beta are should contact tppdigital@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.

 

 

 

Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2024

An updated draft of the regulations has now been laid before the Senedd.

 

Subject to the Senedd’s agreement, the draft Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025 will come into force on 24 February 2025.
