Welcome to online forms
The Ardal Procurement Service are in the process of introducing a range of Online Core Governance Forms for its partners across Cardiff, Monmouthshire, Torfaen and the Vale of Glamorgan Council’s.
In our mission to drive efficiency we are transitioning away from form attachments on email, to online forms as a new way to streamline our governance and compliance procedures.
As the forms are developed, they will start to appear within this resource.
At present, Torfaen & Monmouthshire Users will need to complete an approval form to be given access to the full forms functionality.
