What documentation is required for compliance to the Procurement Rules?
To be compliant to the rules, you will need to ensure that you have completed the Pre Tender and Contract Award Report Forms for tenders or the Quotation Record form for quotes which are all available on our Resources page.

What are the 4 Procurement Routes?
Route 1 - Quotations of up to £25k, run by you via Sell2Wales.
Route 2 - Quotations of £25k to £75k, run by you via Sell2Wales.
Route 3 - Tenders of £75k to Procurement Act Threshold, run by the Ardal Procurement Team.
Route 4 - Tender above the Procurement Act, run by the Ardal Procurement Team.

How do I become a Supplier to Ardal?
You will need to register on both Sell2Walesand the Proactis Supplier Portal to be able to bid against opportunities that the 4 Ardal Council's publish.

Where can I find Ardal Council's Contract Registers?
We are currently working on the Contract Registers for Torfaen, Monmouthshire and the Vale of Glamorgan Council's.
