For our SLA signed schools wishing to procure goods or services, please follow the steps to get you started. At any point if you need advice or further assistance, please contract our dedicated team of experts on ardalprocurement@cardiff.gov.uk for general enquiries, and SourcingTeam@cardiff.gov.uk for specific goods/service enquires.

First sign up for an account to our Supply Directory, this directory has all the latest framework agreements for the most used goods or services, such as

• Supply teachers
• Temporary education workers
• Catering equipment
• Education and curriculum aids
• Fruit, vegetables and salads, to name a few

Once logged in you will have full access to the site which contains lots of information explaining the benefits of the directory and how to use it.

When you access the directory it allows you to search for what you need a number of ways, through a Search, Browse or A-Z tab.

Top Tip

Before you register, it is highly recommended you consider using your School Admin email account. This will cover inevitable (temporary or permanent) staff changes to your organisation and ensure your schools has continuous access to our frameworks.
